It was a feast for the senses at Las Igua­nas on Par­adise Street, Liver­pool One, when 45 guests cel­e­brated the restau­rant’s tenth birth­day in true Latino style. They en­joyed a first sneak peek of the newly re­fur­bished restau­rant which re­opened with guests en­joy­ing a cock­tail master­class with Las Igua­nas’s own award-win­ning ar­ti­san Mag­nifica cachaça.

Guests sam­pled dishes in­clud­ing Peru­vian Smoked Salmon Ti­ra­dito, and Brazil­ian Carne de Sol – slow-cooked salt cured beef top rib. Cha Cha Chorizo and Na­chos Navi­dad were also a favourite, and many guests fin­ished off with a ve­gan Choco­late Co­conut Tart with dairy-free co­conut ice cream.

Latino dancers brought even more sparkle to the evening, and guests left warmed and re­plete.
