Embracing the festive shade is sure to put a smile on your face

Throughout 2018 Hayes and Partners have continued to build on their strong reputation and outstanding record of success in obtaining planning permission for difficult sites, historic or Listed Buildings.

The practice’s major strength is their knowledge and experience of the planning process. In every project they maximise the value of a site, finding development opportunities within the framework of local and national planning policy.

This year Hayes and Partners have enjoyed many planning triumphs; including permission for a very large replacement dwelling in Cheshire East, nine apartments in lieu of a single storey car dealership and seven affordable dwellings within a Green Belt village in Cheshire West. They have also achieved consent for a contemporary rural conversion and farm dwelling, despite both being within the Jodrell Bank Consultation Zone. Hayes and Partners has no ‘house style’. The practice listens to each individual client’s brief, and responds to the site context, views and orientation. This leads to a diverse range of architectural approaches where no two designs are the same. This is evident with their most recent projects and the array of styles covered; from a neo Georgian brick and stone country mansion to a contemporary aluminium and glass barn conversion. Whatever the solution – vernacular or modern – you can trust Hayes and Partners homes to be the best examples of their type.
