It’s great to have a goal like los­ing two stone, but also set your­self short­term goals, as it may take sev­eral months. Eat pro­tein-rich foods that fill you up and keep you sat­is­fied for longer in all your meals, par­tic­u­larly at break­fast. Un­der­take ex­er­cise such as HIIT (high in­ten­sity in­ter­val train­ing) as well as weight train­ing. This pro­motes mus­cle growth as well as in­creas­ing the body’s meta­bolic rate. The more mus­cle, the more calo­ries the body burns, so it’s good for los­ing weight.
