100 g of chard

100 g of let­tuce

1 ta­ble­spoon of flax seeds 1 tea­spoon turmeric pow­der 1 tea­spoon ginger pow­der

200 ml fil­tered or al­ka­line wa­ter Beat all the in­gre­di­ents to­gether and add more wa­ter if you want a slightly less thick smoothie.
