For the base:

2 pears

1 tea­spoon of cin­na­mon Un­re­fined sea salt

For the lay­ers:

1 pear

4 ta­ble­spoons of chia seeds ¾ cup of veg­etable drink A pinch of cin­na­mon

Un­re­fined sea salt

Co­conut chips with­out sugar Home­made raw ve­gan gra­nola or nuts

Co­coa nibs (op­tional) Bake all the pears at 180°C for about 35 min­utes with a lit­tle cin­na­mon and a pinch of un­re­fined sea salt.

Mix the veg­etable drink with one of the pears, a tea­spoon of cin­na­mon and the chia seeds. Add the other in­gre­di­ents and let the mix­ture sit in the fridge overnight to set.

In the morn­ing, first put a base of pear in a small dish, then a layer of the chia mix­ture, then some more pear, and fi­nally another layer of the chia as a fi­nal top­ping.
