CHIA PUDDING WITH BAKED PEAR

For the base:
1 teaspoon of cinnamon Unrefined sea salt
For the layers:
4 tablespoons of chia seeds ¾ cup of vegetable drink A pinch of cinnamon
Unrefined sea salt
Coconut chips without sugar Homemade raw vegan granola or nuts
Cocoa nibs (optional) Bake all the pears at 180°C for about 35 minutes with a little cinnamon and a pinch of unrefined sea salt.
Mix the vegetable drink with one of the pears, a teaspoon of cinnamon and the chia seeds. Add the other ingredients and let the mixture sit in the fridge overnight to set.
In the morning, first put a base of pear in a small dish, then a layer of the chia mixture, then some more pear, and finally another layer of the chia as a final topping.
