Chichester District Council Local Plan Update requires stringent examination and as an Independent candidate for the Witterings in the Chichester District Local Election unrestrained by party dogma, I will be free to represent your concerns, and especially not tied to flawed housing policy.

South of Chichester’s infrastructure is currently stretched to its limits, so I am determined we must provide infrastructure before any further development is permitted.
