As always, a very warm welcome was extended to all members and visitors by our president Dawn Sudbury.

Apologies for absence were given for Barbs Harper, Jan Parsons, Sue Gosnell, Gay Stacey and Anne Duffy. Shirley Cobden was once again thanked for the lovely table flowers.

The record of the last meeting was then read and commented upon.

Everyone enjoyed the speaker who had demonstrated ways in which to help oneself keep fit from a chair or standing position. Everyone present had joined in.
