Estate agent celebrates ten years at family-run business

After marking its 25th anniversary last year, Whitlocks Estate Agents had another reason to celebrate over the weekend.

Managing director Natasha Whitlock celebrated her 10th anniversary with the independent, family-run estate agents on Saturday.

Natasha, who has lived in the area her whole life, has more than 14 years of experience in the sales and customer service industry and prides herself on her local knowledge and willingness to go the extra mile to ensure complete satisfaction for her clients.

She takes her inspiration from what her mother, Montana has created over the past 25 years at Whitlocks Estate Agents and will never settle for second best.

Montana, who had previously worked for a local corporate estate agency, founded Whitlocks in 1993 with a desire to change the way people perceived estate agents and to provide a more personal service.

Originally based in Bognor Regis High Street, Whitlocks moved to its current village location in Nyetimber in 2005 and, as well as Montana and Natasha, the current team at Whitlocks includes sales negotiators Vikki Rousell, Paula Tanner and administrator Chantelle Holden.

Not only do Whitlocks Estate Agents sell properties very quickly they also provide a lettings service and let and manage properties all over the area. The family- run business was also named Rightmove’s Top Seller for Bognor Regis and surrounding areas for the second consecutive year running in 2018, in addition to being Top Seller for 2019 to date.
