-

Want to get your adrenaline pumping, conquer a fear or get fit for a great cause? Then St Wilfrid’s Hospice has a series of challenge events for you. The Inca Trail Trek in October 2020 is an invitation for adventure on a ten-day trek Trail through ancient tunnels, across gushing rivers, and over high mountain passes to the spiritual Sun Gate. The sight of the magnificent lost city of Machu Picchu appearing through the morning mist is one that will live with you forever. Our next information evening takes place at Irwin Mitchell in Chichester on July 18. To book a free space email Alex Burch on alex.burch@stwh.co.uk.

Learn how to fly with St Wilfrid’s sponsored 10,000ft freefall tandem parachute jump. Your last chance to take the Leap4love this year takes place at Goskydive, Salisbury, on Saturday, September 28. If you raise enough sponsorship you can jump for free!

Younger adventurers may want to take the leap from Brighton Marina, as we have our first bungee jump on September 7 for the brave aged 14 or over.

Soaring 170 metres above Portsmouth Harbour and the Solent, the Emirates Spinnaker Tower is taller than the London Eye. Grab our last space to tackle the 100-metre abseil, joining #teamwilf on Saturday, July 20, and fundraise after the event.

London to Brighton Bike Ride covers 55 miles from the crowds at Clapham Common to the buzz of Brighton beach. From city to coast, your pedal power will help us continue providing first class end of life care in the local community.

St Wilfrid’s offer their own travel support plan for cyclists, allowing bikers and bikes to be collected from the Bosham hospice on Sunday, September 15, travel by people carrier to South London for the ride, and then be transported back again from Brighton seafront to Bosham.
