Farmer to the rescue Tiny kittens dumped in lay-by

The manager of Heaver Farm came to the rescue of four tiny kittens which he discovered dumped in a lay-by in Bosham on Tuesday. Tony Collyer said: “They hadn’t even got their eyes open yet. It was lucky I came along. I think another half an hour and they would have been dead.” He wrapped them in his coat and took them from Newells Lane to Downland Vets in Chichester, where they are ‘doing well’.
