Woman ‘trapped’ after collision

A woman suffered minor injuries after becoming ‘trapped’ inside her car following a single-vehicle collision in Emsworth on Sunday.

PC Tom Van Der Wee said officers attended an accident on Emsworth Common Road at 3pm.

He added: “Police, the ambulance service and Hampshire fire service attended due to the driver being trapped. Thankfully the driver sustained relatively minor injuries and [was] taken to hospital for treatment. The road was closed whilst emergency services dealt with the collision.
