Downton Abbey is among the New Park cinema films

- Downton Abbey comes to Chichester

Cinema

Lovers of Downton Abbey, rejoice! The latest wheeze on the upstairs-downstairs residents and staff opens in a tizzy, preparing for the imminent arrival of the

King and Queen. Lady Mary (Michelle Dockery) is worried about the mark on the carpet in the Blue Room, and the Earl (Hugh Bonneville) has mislaid the letter-opener with the regimental crest. The weather has turned beastly, the boiler is on the blink and Mr Barrow has bad news about the silverware. Lady Mary jumps into action, pops on her best cloche hat and pleads with the retired Mr Carson (Jim Carter) to return to Downton. Maggie Smith is her acid best as a dowager who never opens her mouth unless she can be sure of offending at least a clutch of people. In contrast comes a more modern world in A Million Little Pieces. Aaron Taylor-johnson is (real, controversial author) James Frey, a 20-something alcoholic and crack addict, and a wanted man in three states, who has just woken up on an airplane with cuts and bruises.
