“New surroundings, New Friends and New Beginnings!”
My first week at the Bourne was nerve-wracking but fun. It is a whole new world and I enjoy the extra responsibility.

As Leader of Year for Year 7, I am incredibly proud of the way our new young students have adapted to life at Bourne Community College and settled into their new classes. they are beginning to show a growing independence in managing their way around the school, bringing in their equipment, and producing some great pieces of work.
They all have an exciting year ahead of them and I’m looking forward to watching them grow in confidence and participate in the opportunities on offer. Mrs Helena Jewer, Leader of Year 7 Year 7s have settled into their maths lessons well and are discovering new challenges in a supportive learning environment. they are full of enthusiasm and energy and have made a good start on their exciting journey into secondary school mathematics.
