- Kieran and Charlie (year seven), Esmai (year eight) and Lucas (year nine)

Whilst being at school during lockdown we have enjoyed many things. For starters, lots of sporty things such as making our own obstacle courses to playing rounders and cricket on the field.

We have also really enjoyed many different arts and crafts. We made our own fabric masks, a massive rainbow and bears for the school windows and for VE Day, we created lots of bunting and little animals which was a real highlight and we learnt lots about wartime.

One thing we really liked doing was planting trees around the school grounds and doing Easter egg hunts which meant we went around the school lots more.

We have loved doing ICT and thinking activities, making our own strong bridges, doing micro bits and robots. Some of the robots drew circles and drove around the classroom.

Other fun things were playing and making our own board games and quizzes, watching films, doing a scientific version of the Olympics, building towers and many more fun activities as well as learning about the virus too. We have done lots and have only had a small amount of time to complete our home learning and everyone at home has had much more time for that but the teachers have helped so much and it has been fun here in school.
