Sponsors, under-23s sought as City gear up

-

Chichester City FC Chichester City are gearing up for the new football season by asking businesses to bid to be their 2020-21 shirt sponsor.

The Oaklands Park club are running a sponsorship draw in which firms will stand a chance of having their name on the front of their first team shirt if they enter for just £150.

Club chairman Andy Bell said: “Everyone has suffered financially during recent times and the club are in the same position.

“We have lost all sources of revenue over the last months and have been unsure of how to approach our sponsorship campaign, as would be normal this time of the year.

“Our FA Cup run has set the club on a sound financial footing for the immediate future as we head towards our goal of a 3G surface but all our teams rely on the generosity of the many kind sponsors we attract each season. We thank all of you for your generous and continued support.”

Meanwhile City are inviting players to register interest in upcoming trials for their newly formed under-23 team.

Max Powell and Noah Hustler will be manager and head coach.
