Richard Lamb, 55, of Marine Drive West, Bognor Regis, was fined £85 and must pay £32 victim surcharge,

£85 costs, after admitting breaching a non-molestatio­n order by making contact, intimidati­ng, harassing and pestering in Bognor Regis on February 12, 2020. He was also given a restrainin­g order.

Liam Moyce, 33, of Woodside Court, Fitzalan Road, Littlehamp­ton, was fined £300 and must pay £32 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting drinkdrivi­ng (184mg of alcohol in 100ml of blood) in Worms Lane, Middleton-on-sea, on November 17, 2019. He was disqualifi­ed from driving for 18 months.

Darryl Latimer, 33, of Lennox Road, Chichester, was discharged conditiona­lly for 12 months and must pay £21 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting stealing goods worth £81.75 from

Sainsbury’s, Chichester, on November 16, 2019.

Sarah Spicer, 26, of Rotherfiel­d Avenue, Bexhill, was fined £120 and must pay £32 victim surcharge,

£85 costs, after admitting assaulting an emergency worker, a police constable, by beating in Bognor Regis on January 18, 2020.

William Vine, 35, of Potters Mead, Littlehamp­ton, was discharged conditiona­lly for 12 months and must pay £21 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting stealing Ted Baker gift sets worth £240 from Boots, Bognor Regis, on November 27, 2019.

Domonic Mangan, 28, of Kelsey Avenue, Emsworth, was fined £250 and must pay £32 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting drinkdrivi­ng (99mg of alcohol in 100ml of blood) on the A259 Chichester on January 19, 2020. He was disqualifi­ed from driving for 12 months.

Andrew Jones, 72, of Birdham Road, Chichester, was fined £1,515 and must pay £151 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting drink-driving (95mg of alcohol in 100ml of breath) on the B2179 Birdham on January 12, 2020. He was disqualifi­ed from driving for 23 months.

Sasha Galpin, 31, of Glamis Court, Glamis Street, Bognor Regis, was fined £80 and must pay £34 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting drink-driving (52mg of alcohol in 100ml of breath) in Station Road, Bognor Regis, on June 3, 2020. She was disqualifi­ed from driving for 12 months.

Calvin Boswell, 44, of Hale Close, West Wittering, was fined £120 and must pay £32 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting drugdrivin­g (45ug/l cocaine) in Burger King car park, Fontwell, on November 9, 2019. He also admitted drug-driving (more than 800ug/l benzoylecg­onine) in Burger King car park, Fontwell, on November 9, 2019, no separate penalty. He was disqualifi­ed from driving for 16 months. He was fined £120 after admitting possessing 2.4g of cocaine, a class A drug, in Fontwell on November 9, 2019. He was fined £80 after admitting possessing cannabis, a class B drug, in Arundel on November 9, 2019. He also admitted driving a Jaguar in Arundel Road, Arundel, when he was in such a position that he could not have full view of the road and traffic ahead, on November 9, 2019, no separate penalty.

Simon French, 56, of Bramber Court, St Giles Close, Shoreham, was fined £50 and must pay £32 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting possessing cannabis, a class B drug, in Shoreham on September 18, 2019.

Thomas Churchill, 26, of

The Strand, Goring, was given a community order and must carry out 60 hours’ unpaid work after admitting driving while disqualifi­ed in Rowlands Road, Worthing, on June 1, 2020. He was to pay £95 victim surcharge, £85 costs, and was disqualifi­ed from driving for 22 months. He also admitted using a vehicle without insurance, no separate penalty. He was fined £80 after admitting possessing cannabis and cannabis resin, a class B drug, in Worthing on June 1, 2020.
