Driver caught with cocaine in his system
A police officer has reported over a dozen driving offences in the Chichester district and Bognor Regis.
Sussex Roads Police officer Pete May spotted ‘some anti-social driving’ on the A27 in Chichester on Monday, April 26.
The driver was stopped and then arrested after he failed a ‘drug wipe’, testing positive for cocaine.
He also reported two incidents in Bognor – one drug driving and another driver caught travelling at 40mph for three miles along a 70mph dual carriageway – and clocked 13 vehicles speeding in Duncton, near Petworth.
