Not everyone can get online

Many people who have ordered their thrice-weekly delivery of milk successfully over the years now find unless they order online, delivery is finished.

This is just one example of many incidents where poorer or elderly people who have no computers hear of the dreaded ‘only online’ – including GP appointments, theatre tickets, supermarket deliveries, etc. Also hearing ‘No computer? You’ll have to find a friend of family member to help’ is infuriating.
