Ashleigh Partridge, 33, of Kimbridge Road, East Wittering, was fined £220 and must pay £34 victim surcharge, £90 costs, after admitting, under the single justice procedure, driving when he was in such a position that he could not have proper control of the vehicle in St John’s Street, Chichester, on June 16, 2020. His driving record was endorsed with six points.

Hello Skips, of Church Lane, Oving, was fined £660 and must pay £90 costs, £175 vehicle excise back duty, after being found guilty of keeping an unlicensed vehicle in Victoria Road North, Portsmouth, on August 19, 2019.

Steven Morley, 51, of Bracklesha­m Lane, Bracklesha­m Bay, was fined £150 and must pay £34 victim surcharge, £110 costs, after admitting driving over the 30mph speed limit in Stocks Lane, East Wittering, on May 5, 2020. He was also fined £150 and must pay £34 victim surcharge, £110 costs, after admitting driving over the 30mph speed limit in Stocks Lane, East Wittering, on May 10, 2020. Taiwo Alegbe, 33, of Cornflower Close, Chichester, was fined £440 and must pay £90 costs, £95.84 vehicle excise back duty, after being found guilty of keeping an unlicensed vehicle in Wheatley, Bracknell, on October 12, 2018.

John Brennan, 63, of Golden Avenue, East Preston, was fined £230 and must pay £34 victim surcharge, £90 costs, after admitting, under the single justice procedure, driving over the 30mph speed limit in Littlehamp­ton Road, Worthing, on September 16, 2020. His driving record was endorsed with four points.

Kenneth Smith, 54, of Charminste­r Road, Worcester Park, was fined £600 and must pay £60 victim surcharge, £620 costs, after being found guilty of failing to provide a specimen of breath for analysis when required at Chichester Custody Centre on September 19, 2020. Craig Payne, 47, of Pier Road, Littlehamp­ton, was given a ten-week prison sentence, suspended for 12 months, with rehabilita­tion activity requiremen­t, after admitting causing £4,500 damage to Adur and Worthing Councils’ property in Sompting on October 5, 2020. He was given a ten-week concurrent prison sentence, suspended for 12 months, after admitting breaching a non-molestatio­n order by making contact through Facebook messages between December 21 and

29, 2020. He was given two ten-week concurrent prison sentences, suspended for 12 months, after admitting causing £250 damage to a vehicle and destroying a £25 vase in Sompting, on October 5, 2020. He was fined £50 after admitting breaching a suspended sentence order made by Worthing Magistrate­s’ Court on October 5, 2020. He must pay £128 victim surcharge, £250 costs.

Leanne Evans, 32, of Brighton Road, Worthing, was fined £40 and must pay £34 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting stealing five packs of butter worth £12.50 from Iceland, Crawley, on January 31, 2021. She also admitted breaching a conditiona­l discharge order, no action taken.
