Aarron Williams, 38, of Eastergate Lane, Chichester, was fined £300 and must pay £32 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting assault by beating in Hickstead on March 1, 2020.

Michael King, 39, of Linden Road, Bognor Regis, was given a six-week prison sentence, suspended for 18 months, with drug rehabilitation requirement and rehabilitation activity requirement, after being found guilty of assault by beating in Littlehampton on May 4, 2021. He was given two ten-week consecutive prison sentences, suspended for 18 months, after admitting possessing crack cocaine, a class A drug, in Bognor Regis on July 30, 2021; and failing to provide a specimen of urine of laboratory test when required in Worthing on July 14, 2021. He was given two ten-week concurrent prison sentence, suspended for 18 months, after admitting possessing cannabis, a class B drug, in Bognor Regis on July 14, 2021; and driving while disqualified in Chichester Road, Bognor Regis, on July 14, 2021. He was given a sixweek concurrent prison sentence, suspended for 18 months, after being found guilty of stealing packets of meat products worth about £50 from Iceland, Littlehampton, on May 4, 2021. He must pay a total of £199 compensation and was disqualified from driving for 40 months. He also admitted driving without insurance in Chichester Road, Bognor Regis, on July 14, 2021, no separate penalty.

Barrie Bowman, 41, of Aigburth Avenue, Rose Green, was fined £400 and must pay £40 victim surcharge, £90 costs, after admitting under the single justice procedure failing to identify a driver when required by Sussex Police at Shoreham on June 30, 2021. His driving record was endorsed with six points.

Jack Brundle, 28, of Barnham Lane, Walberton, was fined £220 and must pay £34 victim surcharge, £90 costs, after being found guilty under the single justice procedure of driving over 70mph on the A27 Aldingbourne on May 26, 2021. His driving record was endorsed with three points.

Zbigniew Kielducki, 54, of Gravits Lane, Bognor Regis, was given a 16-week prison sentence, suspended for 12 months, with 90-day alcohol abstinence and monitoring requirement and rehabilitation activity requirement after admitting drink-driving (132mg of alcohol in 100ml of breath) in Linden Road, Bognor Regis, on November 12, 2021.
