On April 26, the meeting of the Bognor Regis and District Horticultural Society held a presentation by Mark Saunders, head gardener of Fittleworth House near Pulborough, who gave a fascinating talk about ‘A

Head Gardener’s Year’, in which together with some amazing photographs of the garden, he detailed the work involved in developing and maintaining the historic and beautiful gardens of Fittleworth House. The society will be visiting the garden later this summer.

The society meets at West Meads Hall, The Precinct, PO21 5SB (free car parking available). If anyone is interested in joining us, there will be a very friendly welcome to our society.
