Classic American

Yank Buyer's Guide

Here’s some more inspiration for you if you’re considering buying yourself a classic American in part two of our Yank Buyer’s Guide!

-

Welcome to part two of Classic American magazine’s guide to the colourful and diverse world of classic American automobiles; more specifically those built between the years 1949 and 1971. The object of this exercise is to showcase no less than 50 classics for your visual delight. Hopefully, they are portrayed in a way that will whet the appetites of newcomers to the classic American scene here in Britain, as well as capturing the imagination of our evergrowing band of regular readers.

It could be that you belong to the latter group and are disappointed that we haven’t featured your favourite model in these instalments. If so, you will not be alone. There are countless American classic cars that we would like to have included, but to do so we’d have to include a Yank Buyer’s Guide in every issue for the foreseeable future – and that’s just not possible. But then, you never know, we may just do it again in the not-too-distant…!

Remember, as we said in part one, prices quoted are very much ballpark figures for an average example and do not include shipping, duties or taxes and VAT. But don’t take it as gospel. There are just too many variables and fluctuations within the marketplace and we must strongly advise you to study prices on both sides of the great divide before parting with any hard-earned cash. We do hope you enjoy our Yank Buyer’s Guide and we also hope you’ll continue to enjoy Classic American magazine every month.
