WHEELS DAY
Surrey Street Rodders’ annual seasonopening extravaganza to raise money for charity and kick off the UK car show season takes place on Good Friday, which this year is on April 15. Expect to see Americans, hot rods, custom cars, British classics, VWs – basically anything interesting on four or two wheels. John Price will be on the P/A and there will be many traders and autojumble, with plenty of activities for kids and the whole family, as well as food and drink retailers. BEAULIEU ROD & CUSTOM
The south’s biggest hot rod and custom event features hundreds of cool, colourful, custom cars, live music and hip entertainment throughout the day! Hot rods, customs, American muscle, chops and bobbers will be among the hundreds of vehicles on display. You can expect a stunning display of American motors from local club sponsors, Solent Renegades. There will be a wide range of entertainment taking place throughout the weekend. Live music will feature throughout the day. The Vintage Pop-Up will be chock-a-block with a variety of high-quality vintage traders celebrating decades of all things vintage. It will be an opportunity to purchase unique items from the 1920s. Please note, the Vintage Pop-Up will be an outdoor trading element of the show in 2022. Celebrating all things American, from Mustangs to Corvettes and Cadillacs to American motorhomes. The show promises a superb line-up of acts and entertainment for a fun-filled weekend. Expect to see hundreds of vehicles from across the pond to browse and admire, from pre-war classics to brand-new super cars… Stars & Stripes has it all! There's also specialist traders, parts suppliers and autojumble stands. The organisers like to make sure visitors are well fed and watered, so there’s everything from standards like fish and chips, ice cream and burgers, to more exotic offerings like noodles and Mexican food – there’s something for everyone. CLASSIC CORVETTE CLUB UK NATIONALS
Corvette Nationals is a weekend event being held at Sywell Aerodrome, Sywell, Northampton, NN6 0BN. All generations of Corvettes, from 1954 to the latest C8 2021 models. Up to 200 Corvettes from all over the UK will be arriving for this two-day event. Cruise out Saturday to Santa pod followed by AGM and Gala Dinner in the evening for Members.
