Frank’s triple prize
The draw has been made for the National Motorcycle Museum's “Triumph Over Adversity” appeal raffle to win one of three Triumph motorcycles. The raffle was drawn on June 25 by Richard Stebbeds, Sean McCormack, and Andy Giles, who were visiting the museum on the draw date.
First prize of a brandnew 2021 Triumph Trident 660cc motorcycle donated by Triumph Motorcycles went to Frank Dexter of Warwickshire. Second prize, a 1978 Triumph Trident T160 750cc motorcycle was won by Stephen Harris of Kent and third prize, a 1956 Triumph Tiger T100, was won by John Taylforth, of Conwy.
A museum spokesman said: “Very special thanks must go to our friends at Triumph Motorcycles for donating the brand-new 2021 Triumph Trident
660 as a first prize. Along with everyone that has contributed by purchasing a raffle ticket, or given to our appeal funds in the past year, Triumph Motorcycles have been a huge support to the museum at this difficult time. “
The NMM's next raffle is open now, with prizes of a new Norton 961 Commando donated by Norton Motorcycles, a new old stock Norton Commander Rotary and a VJP visit to the new Norton factory.
Museum Director James Hewing stated: “Thanks must go to Norton Motorcycles who have been extremely generous in donating a brand-new Norton Commando as first prize for our Special Summer 2021 Norton
Raffle. The Commando 961 Classic is a blend of Norton's iconic styling combined with modern components, cutting-edge engineering and expert craftsmanship. You now have the chance to win one hand-built Commando out of a limited series of 40, as well as two other exceptional Norton prizes in this amazing, oneof-a-kind competition.” Visit www.nationalmotorcyclemuseum.co.uk/bike-raffle to get your tickets.
