As a long-time Classic Bike reader and rider, I am trying to help a friend of mine to locate her Velocette MSS 500, registration WBJ 733G, that she owned from new in 1969 in Haddiscoe, Norfolk. I have done a DVLA vehicle check and it comes back as being on SORN. I have contacted the Velocette Owners Club, but that hasn’t helped. I know it’s a long shot, but she was a rider all her life until recently – she’s now 86 and still youthful! Is there anyone out there who could help? ANDY CLOUTING, HADDISCOE, NORFOLK
