Regarding the article on Bob Geeson and his REG 250 racer in the January issue – what a story about an amazing technical genius. Imagine what would have happened if he worked in the motorcycle industry in the 1950s! Actually, I can imagine – management saying: ‘Oh no, our customers don’t want that sort of thing, Geeson – now get on with that update on the 1937 350 single. We’re even thinking of putting overhead valves on it…’
