We somehow missed this one when it was released back in July, but apparently Bill Bryson has said “it would be hard to imagine a more thoughtful, intelligent and compassionate person to go to sea with than Paul Heiney.” And Gri Rhys Jones has called it “high comedy on the high seas.” If it’s good enough for those guys, it’s probably worth a shot.
