- shackleton.com

From the limited edition Shackleton Century Collection comes this vividly atmospheric Explorer Jacket, released to mark the 100-year anniversary of Ernest Shackleton’s death in 1922, inspired by what he and his men wore throughout the Endurance expedition. The wax finish “o†ers a soft aged appearance while maintaining the character of the 100% cotton and is designed to age with wear”, says the company, adding: “A contemporary update on a classic design, beyond its good looks the Centenary Explorer Jacket is a serious piece of British-made kit. Made in London with a Dundee-woven waxed cotton shell fabric, this is a lightweight, breathable and water repellant over layer.” £395
