Adrian Flux under fire

Insurer Adrian Flux has been criticised by the Reliant Owners Club for appearing to support a Reliant banger derby at King’s Lynn Arena on 29 August, where 79 vehicles were destroyed. Flux sponsors the venue. Steve White, vice-chairman of the ROC says: ‘We don’t like this sort of thing. Surely the insurance company is doing itself out of business?’ Adrian Flux says: ‘Our sponsorship agreement is for naming rights of the Adrian Flux Arena, which hosts an array of motorsport events. We are not responsible for the programme of events held there.’
