WHEN A SALE GOES WRONG

If something isn’t right – ie. the car isn’t what you expected – don’t complain to your mates down the pub. Contact the auctioneer to explain your concerns and calmly explain the situation and work something out. In the case of an undeclared fault, where the vendor hasn’t told the auctioneer, contact the auctioneer as soon after the sale as possible. Always check the auctioneer’s terms and conditions before bidding and if there’s something you’re not sure about, speak to a member of staff to clarify things.
