1961 JAGUAR MkX
It’s difficult to resist the charms of the super-sized MkX, the Jaguar that was designed to conquer the American market. Successfully combining Jaguar looks, but suitably scaled up from its smaller brethren, it was (and remains) a revelation in terms of combining performance with handling and comfort. CCA advises that this car is the 46th right-handdrive example built and was exported to New Zealand when new. It had one owner from 1971 until 2002 and is said to be a ‘solid base to work from’. Worth a closer look.
