WHO? CJ Williams MILES 10,000 PROVENANCE Lost paperwork, sadly MODS None HOWMANY HOW MANY LEFT? 290

HOW LONG HAVE YOU OWNED THE VEHICLE?

We got our beige Mini van in 2007. The van has had just two owners from new, there’s 10,000 miles on the clock and it’s been dry-stored and had no road use during my 12-year ownership.

We’ve never even had it MoT’d.

HOW MUCH HISTORY?

Unfortunately there is no paperwork present with the vehicle, but that mileage is without doubt correct due to the overall condition of the van. The body still has all its original panels and paintwork, and there are some very minor dents but no rust to be found anywhere. It even still has 95 per cent of the original paint in the wheel arches, and also all the original unmarked paint in the floor area – with no surface rust. The underside has been undersealed from new and there’s no rust there, either. The interior has houndstooth black cloth trim spec, as in the Mini City, all of which is in excellent condition. The load area is unmarked and has had carpets fitted in there from new.

HAS IT BEEN MODIFIED?

No, it hasn’t been modified at all.

WHAT’S LEFT TO DO ON IT?

Nothing, really. The engine runs perfectly – pretty much as new, in fact – and the engine bay is all original with no surface rust to be seen anywhere. The wheels are original, too. I recently had four new-old-stock India GT tyres fitted, together with a new exhaust system. I really hope that you can help me with a valuation and look forward to hearing what you think the car might be worth.
