‘It’s not hard to see the appeal – comfort, practicality, lovely handling and Japanese reliability, all in a fine-looking package, whichever generation you go for. Despite its lower classic status, I’d put my money in a MkV, purely to indulge my fascination with the increasingly clever tech that Honda shoehorned into the Prelude in the 1990s. That said, the MkIV is more handsome… and that MkI (left) looks magnificent!
