Jaguar Mk2 stars at new ‘micro’ auction

Barons has hailed the first of its onlineonly ‘micro’ auctions as a great success, with nine of the 11 classics listed selling. Top price of the day was £27,500 made by a 1960 Jaguar 3.8 saloon, while a 1966 Ford Mustang 289 made £24,200. At the other end of the scale a 1995 Mercedes-Benz CL500 with MoT test until mid-December sold for £1000, and a 2000 Range Rover 4.6 Vogue found a new home for £950.
