Auctions’ latest online-only sale – but it does show just what top-notch examples of Solihull’s final leaf-sprung model are now fetching. Increasingly we’re seeing fully restored examples, low-mileage models and rare derivatives going for big money, but even ones in good – rather than showstopping – condition are rising in value too. A decent Series III that would’ve set you back £34k in 2005 is knocking on the door of double that today.
