‘Little did I think that by introducing Ollie to Colin Chapman for a job interview in 1970 that our paths, families, careers and lives would be so intertwined and full of challenge, achievement, fun and heartache. Always a totally dedicated and committed “larger than life” character, he never stopped championing Colin Chapman and his “efficiency in all things” DNA, together with promoting Lotus and its achievements.

‘Oliver Winterbottom’s Tasmin transformed TVR’s image, moving the marque upmarket and laying the basis for the V8 ‘wedges’ which brought TVR many new buyers. His revolutionary hood design, allowing the car to be driven as a Targa or convertible, was such a success that all subsequent TVR convertibles used it.
