Passion for Honda

I’ve only been driving two years and this is my first classic car, a 17,000-mile Honda Civic 1.6i-16 hatchback that had one careful previous owner. It’s possibly the most as-new condition classic I’ve seen, as if it just drove off the Honda factory line in 1991!

I grew up with Hondas – over the past 25 years my family has driven them all over the country and into Europe on trips and holidays, commuted to work, and used them for days out. It’s testament to their reliability and engineering. Not only are they dependable and sound, they’re a real pleasure to drive. The Civic has amazing visibility, a spacious interior, direct handling and a fantastic engine. The design team at Honda in this era were geniuses.
