ON TIME

Perhaps a word about the reason for a lot of smaller machines being built for enduros might be in order. Using the ISDT as a bench mark, Machines in the competition would have to meet certain speed schedules to remain on time during each day. The larger machines had to meet a higher speed and were often more difficult to handle. The smaller motorcycles had an easier schedule to keep to and were also easier to ride.
