The Classic Bike Trackdays Endurance Legends event at Donington Park promises to be the best of its kind in 2017! We can finally confirm that you need to keep May 6-7 free in your 2017 diary for the classic race event of the year! Donington Park is the location for the CBT Endurance Legends, with action taking place between 9am-8pm on both days. It has already been billed as the ‘Phillip Island Classic’ of the northern hemisphere, and as such, it promises a Four-hour Classic race with teams rumoured to be coming from every corner of the globe. The weekend covers practice and qualifying with the big four-hour race ending in plenty of time on Sunday. There will be celebrity riders and support races including the Lansdowne Classic Series and ICGP (International Classic Grand Prix) so every era is covered! And if you want to ride there will be plenty of classic bike track sessions over the Saturday and Sunday for all skill levels and no noise limit! The action takes place on the National Circuit at Donington, meaning the Melbourne Loop is free for a number of other exciting events including drag race/ sprint demos and stunt shows. Other action-packed happenings both on and off track include: a classic racebike parade ahead of the race featuring a range of iconic race bikes, Try-a-classic-bike (run by the VMCC), a concours show with great prizes, trade village and Suzuki GB will have a big presence with a TL1000 20th anniversary parade and ‘Hall of Fame’ containing their best road and race machines. The event will also have a live music marquee, as well as bars and food. There is also free camping for all entrants, so get involved!
