Fins ain’t what they used to be!
I have been making my monthly pilgrimage to the newsagents to pick up the latest CMM for a couple of years now and I am never disappointed by the great range of articles, keep up the good work. Well, that was until I read Niall’s bolt off, bolt on article in the March issue in which he said the R&G shark fin was to keep the chain on the sprockets! How could an ex-racer and father to two young racers make such a mistake? The shark fin is to prevent trapping (parts of the body) between the lower chain run and the rear sprocket. Please reprimand him as you see fit.
