MOVE QUICKLY FOR OLIVER’S MOUNT ENTRIES
Entries for the forthcoming Barry Sheene Classic on July 27 and 28 July at Scarborough’s Oliver’s Mount are now open. Organiser the Two Four Three Road Racing Association says its first meeting heralds a new era of racing at Oliver’s Mount, which will feature both classic and modern machinery. MODERN SIDECARS AND SOLOS Sidecar F2 to ACU regulations 2019 (no long outfits or 675cc) Supertwin – 650cc road based water cooled twins to TT Lightweight regulations, and stock twins 650 road based water cooled twins. With reduced entry fees and longer races, entries are expected to be in high demand and will be dealt with on a ‘firstcome, first-served basis’. Closing dates for entries is June 28. Eddie Roberts, head of the organising group, said: “We finally took hold of the keys to the track and we’re moving in, with everything coming together as planned. We’ve been inundated with racers asking about entries, and we are expecting the demand to be high. “We will also be announcing ‘star’ riders shortly.
