Classic Racer

MR DESIGNER...

Dear CR

Myself and a number of colleagues have been avid readers of Classic Racer since its inception. However, as part of the older squad we are having difficulty with some articles not aided by two aspects as follows. The size of print on occasions and also the choice of print text colour on unsuitable backgrounds. As examples: the grey text on white, black text on yellow and on occasion grey text on pale grey. Appreciate we are all spectacle wearers and pensioners. Any thoughts?

Hello Brian, First off, I’m sorry to hear you are having trouble reading some of the printed text. When I’m working on Classic Racer I always try to get the pages to be as interesting and engaging as possible. The last thing I want is for us to fall behind the times and not give you the best mag we can. However, I do accept that I need to be bludgeoned round the head.. ahem… reminded, that the story needs to be legible. I will address these problems in the following issue. Mike
