Billy Corgan gathered an impressive list of co-stars for Smashing Pumpkins’ 30th-anniversary show, which took place as part of a massive world tour that includes a UK date at London’s Wembley Arena on October 16.

For their August 2 show at the PNC Bank Arena in Holmdel, New Jersey the group were joined by Deftones frontman Chino Moreno, New Order bassist Peter Hook, Mark McGrath of Sugar Ray and The

Killers pair of Mark Stoemer and Dave Keuning, and there was also a surprise appearance from Corgan’s nemesis and ex-girfriend Courtney Love, with whom he had a romantic relationship before Love’s marriage to Kurt Cobain. Corgan and Love exchanged vicious barbs via the press until a tentative burying of the hatchet, although as recently as July 10 Love said she wished Corgan would “get over” their shared past.

The Smashing Pumpkins tour features all the band’s original members except for bassist D’arcy Wretzky.
