Concert In Japan have all been remastered and are pressed on 180g heavyweigh­t vinyl. Each comes with a download code.

Yes have been honoured with a blue plaque erected at 184 Shaftesbur­y Avenue in London’s West End to commemorat­e meeting at what was the Lucky Horseshoe Café (now the Wildwood Restaurant) 50 years ago.

Meanwhile, Yes guitarist Steve Howe is to be honoured with the Prog God Award at Prog magazine’s Progressiv­e Music Awards on September 13. Previous winners include his former bandmates Jon Anderson and Rick Wakeman, Peter Gabriel, Ian Anderson, Tony Banks and, last year, Carl Palmer. Rob Zombie believes that Slayer (pictured) will resume touring again before too long. Tom Araya and company play a series of farewell shows in the UK in November and December, but Zombie suspects that retirement won’t suit them.

“After two years, they’re gonna go cuckoo and they’ll be back on the road,” says the former White Zombie frontman. “That’s what [rock musicians] are built for – we’re all crazy and we need to do this.”
