This month’s contributors

-

HANNAH MAY KILROY

Hannah May started her career at an extreme metal magazine, where she had to keep her love of Lynyrd Skynyrd secret. Now she’s the deputy editor of our sister magazine Prog, and when she’s not donning her cape she can be found rocking out to southern sounds. This issue she spoke to one of her all-time favourites, David Crosby (p28).

BILL DEMAIN

Bill is a very busy fella. He’s a songwriter, journalist, BBC correspondent and owner/ guide of the Walkin’ Nashville history tour. His latest output includes a solo album and the acclaimed book Sgt Pepper At 50. For this issue, Bill was perfectly placed to discover why 2018 was the year that country rocked. Read about that on page 78.

ROB HUGHES

Long-time Classic Rock contributor Rob has been keeping himself out of trouble (and, annoyingly, out of the magazine’s pages!) by hosting The A To Z Of David Bowie podcast with 6Music’s Marc Riley. However, this month Rob managed to find time in his schedule to contribute to our Best Of 2018 (p26) and The Year That Country Rocked (p78).
