James Henke

A journalist for Rolling Stone from 1977 to 1993, Henke wrote some of the magazine’s earliest stories on the likes of Eric Clapton, Bruce Springsteen, U2, Neil Young and the Clash, before leaving to run the Rock And Roll Hall Of Fame’s curatorial department. He died from complications related to dementia at the age of 65.
