case over the ownership of their own name, the Bonzo Dog Doo-Dah Band are offering to work with MPs and the Intellectual Property Office to close what they consider to be a loophole in UK trademark law. Drummer ‘Legs’ Larry Smith claims that the Bonzos “suffered monstrous threats, lies and claims that should never have been issued and then allowed to be processed in the first place”.
