The frontman from Perfect Plan hits the solo trail for the first time. Very astutely, Hill picked the increasingly ubiquitous Michael Palace, who co-wrote four of its selections and played the instruments, as a conspirator for The Rumble. The leading man from Örnsköldsvik, Sweden, has an utterly exemplary voice, and the pair concoct an uplifting Scandi-AOR banquet. ■■■■■■■■■■
