If you’re a lover of classic cars, we’d wager you’re a fan of all forms of historic transport – perhaps even those without an engine. Enter Golden Age Cycles, which caters for the growing interest in classic and collectors’ bicycles. The firm’s new 1000ft2 showroom is based in the Pre-flight Briefing Room 137 at Bicester Heritage – it also has a shop in Banbury – and will be open for the duration of the Show weekend.

Pop in and you’ll be transported back in time: the showroom features 150-plus bikes, dating from the 1930s to the present day, in various states of repair but all for sale. That means you’ll find examples of Hetchins from the 1950s alongside Bates bikes from the 1930s, right up to popular Raleigh offerings from the 1980s. 07952 062201; www.goldenagecycles.co.uk
