BULKHEADS BACK AT LAST

Lifelong Land-rover fan and Pegasus Bulkheads owner Paul Halley has become the first person to produce brand-new 80in bulkheads since factory production ended in 1953. The firm has used advanced computer-aideddesign techniques and two original bulkheads to create exact replicas of the factory components, including spun-metal side-lamp pods and the instrument binnacle. Each is made on a purpose-built jig with 18 alignment points before being TIG- and Mig-welded, replicating original techniques.
